spotlight aroceu

This is an archive of the entries that have been (or could've been) spotlighted on my index page, or that I want to save here in case I want to spotlight them later. These are my internet favorites, things that I enjoy so much that I want to share them with everyone else to appreciate.

Thoughts:My number one YouTube channel of the year! I found Devin and Hobbs through their South Park reactions during my hyperfixation back in August, and have become obsessed with their reactions in general. It's like watching stuff with my best friends - I love their banter/commentary and the notes that they make just about anything they watch. They've seriously become such a comfort channel to me; I could watch their reactions over and over again. (And I have.)

3126: "Unfortunately for both of us, you are wrong."

Satisfied - Hamilton (musical)

Thoughts:

It's been 5 years since I first watched this and 9 since I first heard this song and it's still life-changing every time. The high notes at the end... I am literally obsessed.

Raysfire Reacts to SmallAnt to Pointcrow to Purplecliffe to Pointcrow to Pointcrow to the Switch 2

"my brother's keeper" by kindlespark

Thoughts:

I can't stop thinking about this phrasing these days. My peanits...wisdom.

Astronaut earth meme: Wait it's all stories? (And generational trauma?) Always has been.

2071: "I'm like a prisoner in Plato's Cave, seeing only the shade you throw on the wall."

Thoughts:

This is my friend Bri's creative magnum opus, and that I had a hand in bringing to life with coding its WordPress theme and helping with other website development stuff :) I'm proud of my own work, and I'm even more proud of Bri for this project. Check it out!

Only 58 People Have Beaten This Pokemon Game, by pChal

Thoughts:

The storytelling! The animations! The creativity with the editing and taking advantage of the form! There's so much I could say about this video, especially as someone who's been watching pChal for a few years. I highly recommend anyone who cares even a little bit about Pokémon to watch it.
